Frequently Asked Questions     Q: Does the price include set up and delivery? A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.  Remember prices do not include sales tax. Q: Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time? A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Q: When do you set up? A: We will be set up before your time starts, we arrive approx one hour before your time. Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are Xtreme Fun inflatables are clean? A: Yes. All inflatables should be clean when you get it. . Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time? A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 100´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. Q: Do you require a deposit? A: Yes all orders require a $25.00 Credit Card deposit. This deposit does towards the  rental of equipment whic is nonrefundable with cancelation except due to bad weather conditions. If you cancel  your rental you will be given a raincheck on your deposit it is good for 1 year. Q: What payments do you take? A: Cash, Credit Cards or checks. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Q: When is payment due?   A: Payment for inflatable is due upon delivery. We can either go ahead and charge your card, or you can pay with cash or check at time of delivery.   Q: What if we need to cancel? A: Please check out our policies page for details. Q: How big are the inflatables? A: Our bounces range from 13' to 15'. Please note the space required for each inflatable is listed near the large picture. Q: What surfaces do you set up on? A: We like to set up on Grass, we serqure inflatables with ground stakes. We can set up on concrete, but let us know so we can bring out sand bags.  Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
